Pembasmian are methods of combat that are hardcore destructive. If applied correctly they will result in the death or severe injury of an attacker. They are only meant for the most dire of situations and when the only other alternative is your own death or the death of someone else.

The methods of Pembasmian found in Pencak Silat Pertempuran are a product of the reference system created by the various Ales and Masukan and include methods of breaking, dislocating, and strangling.
